Information we collect
When you contact us, request a quotation or use our services, we may collect your name, contact details, property address, information about the property and the services you require, correspondence, photographs and records needed to manage agreed work. We do not ask you to submit special-category personal information through this website.
How and why we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, provide and administer services, coordinate approved contractors, keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. Our lawful bases will normally be taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business and responding to genuine enquiries.
Who we share it with
Where necessary, information may be shared with trusted trades, professional advisers, insurers, IT and communications providers, or public authorities where the law requires it. We share only what is reasonably needed for the relevant purpose and do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are normally kept for up to 24 months. Customer, supplier, contract and financial records may be kept for up to seven years after the relevant relationship or transaction ends, unless a longer period is required for a legal claim, insurance matter or statutory obligation.
