When you contact us, request a quotation or use our services, we may collect your name, contact details, property address, information about the property and the services you require, correspondence, photographs and records needed to manage agreed work. We do not ask you to submit special-category personal information through this website.

Our enquiry form uses FormSubmit to process your submission and forward it to our email inbox. The details you enter are sent to FormSubmit when you submit the form. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Its security checks may use Google reCAPTCHA. You can also contact us directly by email or telephone. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are normally kept for up to 24 months. Customer, supplier, contract and financial records may be kept for up to seven years after the relevant relationship or transaction ends, unless a longer period is required for a legal claim, insurance matter or statutory obligation.
